Q. What do I do when I are not reading?
A. Well, this is definitely a hard one. I work fulltime, commute 1.5 hours per day, am a husband and father. There’s always, ALWAYS a load of laundry that needs to be washed, dried, and folded, a kid that needs to be comforted or held…So, what do I do when I’m not reading…A LOT!!! :)
What do you do?
Many Adventures,
Richard

New follower here. I used to have that kind of commute. In many ways, I miss the job, but then I remember the work place politics and I feel better. Happy hopping!

My husband does the laundry (mainly) in my house as well - with the six of us we do about 7 loads every weekend

Ah who needs to do laundry *waves hand* I'll let the maid do it...wait I am the maid...I should really do laundry. ;-) New follower!
ReplyDeleteNew follower! That is the kind of commute I have to look forward to here soon, yay for me right? LOL And heaven knows there's always laundry and dishes to do.
ReplyDeleteHappy reading!
Nikki @ Books Most Wanted
New follower here for the hop.
ReplyDeleteI can understand the feeling. I also work full-time, I am married and have three boys. people often wonder how I find time to read...
I wish I could find a job! But since I'm still tipping the scale to "young teenager," I really don't think that it's going to happen anytime soon! x)
ReplyDeleteI actually love doing the laundry, though! Out of all the chores I have to do, that one is my favourite (my least being doing the dishes).
Reading is the coolest thing ever ;)
Hope you have an awesome weekend!

I am about to start a job with a longer commute. I am hoping that I can figure out a way to take public transportation which could give me more time to read (which seems so much better than driving I think). :)

@nikki & @shanan: audiobooks rule the commute!
@liza: i know how you feel...fitting in reading is a must! usually after everything else is done and the kids are in bed!
